Program:

Fit & Flourish Women's Health & Wellness Retreat Itinerary

Catskills, New York

Daily Schedule (Subject to slight variations based on weather and group preferences)

Morning:

7:30 AM – Sunrise Yoga & Meditation 🧘‍♀️

Greet the day with a gentle yoga flow and guided meditation, setting an intention for the day ahead.

Enjoy the serene beauty of the Catskills with deep breathing and mindful movement.

8:30 AM – Nourishing Breakfast

A chef-prepared meal featuring fresh, whole-food ingredients to fuel the morning activities. Options for dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc.).

Mid-Morning:

Adventure & Learning

9:30 AM – Outdoor Hike or Wellness Workshop

⛰️✨Guided Hike: Explore scenic trails, enjoy breathtaking views, and immerse in nature OR

Wellness Workshop: Rotating sessions on mindfulness, nutrition, self-care, and holistic well-being.

Afternoon:

12:00 PM – Wholesome Lunch

A balanced and delicious meal prepared by the private chef to replenish energy.

Enjoy community-style dining with meaningful conversations and connections.

Afternoon Movement & Strength:

1:30 PM – Group Fitness Classes

Strength Training – Build strength and confidence with a functional workout.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) – A dynamic, calorie-burning session.

Dance/Zumba – Let loose and have fun with a high-energy, joyful dance class.(Class offerings may rotate each day for variety and balance.)

Evening Wind Down:

6:00 PM – Chef-Prepared Dinner

A nutritious and satisfying meal shared in a relaxed and intimate setting.

Enjoy fresh, locally sourced ingredients and options tailored to dietary needs.

7:30 PM – Evening Relaxation & Self-Care

Hot Tub Soak – Unwind under the stars in a soothing hot tub.

Sauna Detox – Relax muscles and release toxins in the luxurious sauna.

Massage Chair Bliss – Melt away stress with a deep-tissue massage chair experience.

Quiet Reflection & Journaling – A moment to process the day and set intentions for tomorrow.

9:00 PM – Lights Out & Restful SleepRetreat to your cozy accommodations for a night of deep, restorative sleep.

This itinerary ensures a balanced blend of movement, relaxation, adventure, and self-care, allowing each guest to rejuvenate, strengthen, and flourish in a supportive, empowering environment.
